Shipping time:
We ship orders within 2-4 business days (not including weekends.)
If you have a whole bean / ground coffee order, products will be shipped together after roasting.

- International orders: 10-21days

Earth-friendly Packaging:
All orders will be packaged with an earth-friendly method. We avoid excess packaging, and use recyclable and/or recycled post consumer materials as much as possible. We appreciate your understanding on our "simple" packaging.

Shipping/handling fees do not include any customs, taxes, and/or VAT that may apply. We are not responsible for any additional costs, or delays caused by customs.
